How should I care for my jewelry?

• Your Iridescent NYC pieces are tarnish and water resistant but jewelry is still delicate and we recommend you treat it with care. Try limiting exposure to extended time in the sun, household chemicals, perfumes and lotions. Be sure to dry off your pieces after getting it wet. Store in a pouch when you’re not wearing them. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

• Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days when choosing regular shipping or the free shipping option. Typically orders arrive sooner than 5 business days.

Do you have a warranty on your jewelry pieces?

• Our gold layered and gold filled items have been tested for tarnish and water resistance however since they aren’t as valuable as fine jewelry we guarantee these for 6 months after purchase. Please email us with your order number and pictures of tarnish or discoloration for further assistance.

How can I cancel or edit my order?

• At this time we’re unable to edit orders after they’ve been placed. Orders can be cancelled by emailing us at shop@iridescentnyc.com within 1 hour of placing it however not after a shipping confirmation has already been sent. If you’ve received a shipping confirmation within 1 hour of placing your order and prior to sending a cancellation request we’ll be unable to accommodate the request.
