Refund Policy
We understand that shopping online can be a bit overwhelming and we would like to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
We do not provide refunds.
- No refunds, items may be approved for an exchange on a case by case basis. Please email us at shop@iridescentnyc.com any issues within 48 hours to request an exchange.
- Any requests past the 48 hour time period will not be approved for exchange.
- In the exchange request email please include a photo if the item is damaged or not as described.
